As we crossed over into enthusiast-level gear (a.k.a. “The Dark Side”), our thirst grows stronger, and with that, we are constantly searching for more information or trying to locate those high end elusive reels, rods, lures, and anything else we can get our hands on. Early on, there were many times that the info we sought was inaccurate, or even non-existent, which usually lead to countless hours of searching, frustration, and speculation. As a result, the idea to compile an accurate, one-stop JDM tackle database that people could refer to was sparked, and shortly thereafter…JDMFishing.com was born. Over the past years, we’ve worked very hard to compile this information for you. To ensure that what you’re reading is the most accurate information available when it comes performance specs, numbers produced, MSRP (in JPY) and more, we’ve researched for countless hours, contacted manufacturers directly, and utilized archived hard data, to bring you what we have today. “The Vault” is a never-ending work in progress, as old models, new models, and everything in-between are added while we continue to grow and gather more data.
