Ultra Finesse and Ultra Refined, the T3 Air was Daiwas answer to the BFS market. Produced from 2012-2014 in cooperation with K.T.F. (Karil Tuning Factory) the T3 air took all the features of the T3 1016 and combined them with the Air Spool. The reels weight was reduced to 5.7oz, the lightest of the T3’s. The spool itself weighs 6.9g. The spool is proprietary only to this reel with a 33mm OD. The handle comes equipped with cutout Zaoin knobs for increased weight savings. All models feature red trim and none are saltwater safe.
