About Komori Pro REVO STUDIOUS

In developing REVO STUDIOUS, we reconsidered each function from 1 as a tool to fight the tournament in an advantageous way. First of all, the drag system that determines the value of spinning reels. In bass fishing, the load on the drag of the spinning reel is not so large. By narrowing down the load range and setting, the best drag system is built with a simple structure. The feature is that there is little error between the initial friction and the normal friction. Even if the fish runs suddenly or pulls slowly, the line will be sent out smoothly in the same way.
Next, reducing line troubles, which account for most of the troubles that can occur with spinning reels, is essential in tournaments, and although it is impossible to completely eliminate them, we tried to reduce the causes as much as possible.
The spool has a lightening design that also reduces weight, and the upper and lower tapers and the shape of the spool end reduce line troubles. The bale arm uses a thin wire that does not easily rattle and is light in weight, eliminating the step to the line rotor and making it flat to reduce the cause of line trouble.
The reverse rotation switch, which is rarely used in bass fishing, has been eliminated. This was also a source of trouble, as the line was caught on the switch lever and it returned due to vibration when traveling on a bus boat.
Next is the feeling of use. We were able to reduce the weight as much as possible. The handle knob is equipped as standard with the ZPI flat knob S, which has been my favorite for a long time and is lightweight and has a favorable impression. There were some things I couldn’t do at the moment, but conversely, it was the best reel I could do at the moment.
The count is only 2000 class. I use almost 2000 because it is lightweight. The same is true for Lake Hibara and Lake Biwa.
Of course, the emphasis is on functionality, but the purple accent on the gunmetal is very cool. The sophisticated functional beauty and the design that pays attention to each screw are very beautiful and cool when combined with the STUDIOUS rod, and I feel that fishing will be better just by having it. ..
