DAIWA’s 2019 new concept “CT” compatible model.

Based on the concept of “Compact + Tough”, Daiwa “Steez CT SV TW” was introduced in 2019
by wearing a small diameter spool of 30mm with a sharp initial speed. One of the attractions is the lightweight and compact body that was arrived at as a result of a drastic reduction in diameter that is advantageous for handling light lures.

The genuine SV spool has a setting that emphasizes versatility (universal) performance that secures a certain amount of spool, but the KTF pursues an aggressive “bait finesse” setting to maximize the start-up rotation of this 30mm spool.

KAHEN brakes are also original settings for “Steez CT SV TW”.
It has both the highest standard spool rotation and easy handling.

Features of KTF Finesse Spool “KAHEN” Steez CT

Features of the KTF Versatile Finesse Spool Daiwa

The strongest G1 duralumin in history is used for the spool material and stainless steel is used for the spool shaft.

The spool weight including the KAHEN unit is 6.0g.

The spool bearing is IXA’s MBS micro ball bearing system which improves response time and handles heavier loads when needed.

Line capacity is about 50m with 8 pounds of fluorocarbon.

And by adopting the KAHEN brake system, it controls the approach of the induct rotor due to the magnetic force depending on the strength of rotation. By freely utilizing the rolling performance with good elongation and the large braking force to prevent backlash, we have achieved both pitching and full casting at a higher level than ever before.
