630H POWER CAST COVER & OVERHANG

630H is designed for, as Norio Tanabe calls it, POWER SKIPPING. Norio Tanabe style skipping mainly uses rubber jigs fitted with bulky trailers on sturdy 16 lb line. By skipping a heavy rig across the water Norio makes is possible for the rig to rip right through vegetation and get up in to the thick of the weed. To get enough speed on the rig the rods blank must be strong but not stiff, it needs to have a taper that allows it to load up on cast, but also enough torque to control the bass and amongst the weed like a standard flipping stick. 630H has all this, plus its length and flexibility makes it perfect for using big baits just below the surface.

BALANCER SYSTEM The far right balancer is used on the VOICE 760JMH/JH rods.
