The 2000-2008 Metanium Mg features Shimano’s Super Free Spool, SVS Brake System, compact & flash surface design, Super Stopper, flip open mechanism enabling brake adjustments.

The 2000 Scorpion Metanium MG is the successor to the Scorpion Metanium XT. The reels frame and sideplates are made of Magnesium and the spool is an all new Titanium coated lightweight Duralumin spool. The reel features Super Free and a 6-Point SVS brake system. Available in one retrieve ratio in both left and right retrieves.
