The 2007 Metanium MG7 V2 is one of few limited Shimano model reels produced. The reel is mechanically identical to the standard MG7 other than Yumeya cork knobs. The drag star is now silver and the body has a two tone paint color to it. The reel was a limited run produced by Shimano for a high volume dealer.
