NANOACE, The 1st bass rod series Major Craft launched in United States. We have decided to use Toray’s carbon fiber perperg applied NANOALLOY technology as a material for bass rods. Toray is a carbon fiber company, providing carbon fiber prepreg for aircraft structural pieces. Toray is advancing the development of new carbon fiber reinforced plastic structures by implementing the proprietary NANOALLOY technology. This technology has lead to a successful development of a new prepreg system by controlling the nanostructure of the matrix resin, achieving both exceptional strength and impact resistance. Reduction in weight is achieved by applying the prepreg system. Due to our manufacturing of the rods being produced manually, processes such as adhesion at the time of parts assembly, epoxy coating, and the painting process can be affected.
