Medium-heavy power rod. Designed to be used for Texas rigging.

The butt section is stiff and powerful but the strong flexible tip section bends smoothly. This special rod delivers its great performance with Texas rigs. Drag the Texas rig along the bottom. You can clearly feel if the bottom is hard or soft. The belly is super sensitive. You can react quickly enough when you feel the bite. The belly to butt section is powerful enough to fight monster fish.

This rod is slightly tapered and also good for using heavy drop shot rigs and metal vibration lures(heavier than 1/2oz).
