Shimano Stradic MG FA

Shimano has redesigned its best selling Stradic Mg reel with the addition of new Shimano features. The Stradics Mg features a one-piece magnesium frame for structural rigidity to maintain perfect alignment of all moving parts and for extremely light weights. Stradic Mg offers Super Stopper II providing instant anti-reverse with virtually no play in the crank handle and Power Roller to eliminate loops while retrieving and reducing line twist by as much as 50%. The S-Arm Cam on the bail arm keeps slack line in contact with the line roller to further reduce the chance of tangles, loops and cut lines. The Mg also gives you Fluid Drive II, featuring a large master gear cut to perfect tolerances and polished to provide the smoothest drive train available, and Dyna-Balance, a computer balanced rotor for wobble-free cranking. In addition, the Mg offers the Hybrid Spool, a Shimano advantage featuring a titanium nitride rim to reduce line friction to a minimum for longer casts. The Mg also features Super Slow Oscillation that reduces line to line friction for longer casts with less effort.
